Job descriptionJob Description Logistics ManagerLocation: Pan India (Extensive Travel Required)Industry: Logistics / Supply Chain / WarehousingExperience: 510 years in Logistics, Hub Operations & WarehousingQualification: Any Graduate (MBA / Supply Chain preferred)CTC - max 12 LPAKey Responsibilities:Manage and oversee hub operations across multiple locations in India, ensuring smooth inbound and outbound logistics.Monitor and control warehouse operations, including inventory management, dispatch planning, and stock accuracy.Lead hub maintenance activities, ensuring timely repair, upkeep of infrastructure, vehicles, and material handling equipment.Conduct regular site visits across hubs PAN India to assess performance, identify gaps, and implement corrective actions.Coordinate with transporters, vendors, warehouse teams, and cross-functional departments for seamless logistics flow.Ensure adherence to SOPs, safety guidelines, and statutory compliances across all hub and warehouse locations.Optimize processes for cost efficiency, productivity improvement, and timely delivery performance.Generate daily/weekly/monthly MIS reports on logistics, hub operations, and KPI performance.Handle team supervision, training, and performance monitoring of field logistics and warehouse staff.Key Skills Required:Strong expertise in hub management, last-mile logistics, and warehouse operationsKnowledge of hub infrastructure, equipment maintenance, and operational workflowsExcellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skillsAbility to travel extensively across India (up to 1520 days per month)Hands-on experience in logistics software, WMS, and MS OfficeAbility to handle high-pressure operational environments and large workforce teams
