Strategic Support:- Work closely with the CEO to define, monitor, and execute organizational strategy.- Drive key initiatives, ensuring alignment with company vision and business goals.- Prepare strategic insights, reports, presentations, and decision-support documents.2. Program & Project Governance:- Track progress of critical projects and maintain dashboards, timelines, dependencies, and risk registers.- Ensure cross-functional collaboration across engineering, operations, finance, and delivery functions.- Support establishment and monitoring of KPIs, OKRs, and governance cadences.3. Executive Decision Enablement:- Lead strategic research, benchmarking, and industry intelligence for defence, technology, and hardware sectors.- Support board communication, investor updates, compliance reporting, and stakeholder management.4. Operational Excellence:- Streamline communication between the CEO and internal teams to enhance transparency and execution.- Facilitate leadership meetings, track decisions, and ensure accountability.- Identify operational inefficiencies and recommend process improvements.5. Cross-Functional Leadership:- Mentor, guide, and support teams with planning, documentation, and execution.- Engage with government agencies, defence partners, consortiums, and technology councils when required.
