We are seeking a dedicated and highly skilled Chemistry Faculty to teach students from 6th to 10th (Foundation Course) and 11th–12th (IIT-JEE & NEET). This role is for a reputed national coaching center located in Rajkot and Veraval. The ideal candidate must have strong subject command, excellent classroom delivery skills, and a passion for mentoring students for competitive excellence.- Teach Chemistry to students of Foundation batches (Grades 6–10) and IIT-JEE/NEET batches (Grades 11–12). - Prepare comprehensive lesson plans aligned with the institute’s academic framework. - Deliver highly engaging, concept-driven classes to help students build strong fundamentals and competitive exam readiness. - Conduct doubt-solving sessions, revision classes, and periodic assessments. - Track academic progress of students and provide feedback for improvement. - Develop study materials, practice sheets, and test papers for better learning outcomes. - Maintain a disciplined and positive learning environment inside the classroom. - Collaborate with academic coordinators and participate in regular faculty meetings.Required Skills & Competencies- Strong command over Chemistry (Physical, Organic & Inorganic). - Ability to simplify complex concepts for better student understanding. - Excellent presentation, communication, and classroom management skills. - Passion for teaching and mentoring students for competitive examinations. - Proficiency in using digital teaching tools is an added advantage.Eligibility Criteria- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Chemistry or related field. - Minimum 2 years of teaching experience in Foundation and competitive exam preparation. - IIT/NIT graduates may apply with minimum 1 year of experience. - Prior experience in reputed coaching institutes preferred.
