Qualifications:

  • 6+ years of experience in HR technology or a related field.
  • Proven experience in project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
  • Strong understanding of design thinking principles and their application to HR processes.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proficiency in HR technology systems (e.g., HRIS, Applicant Tracking Systems).

Working knowledge of IT systems and development processes (a plus).
