Time Technoplast Ltd. is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Marketing Manager to join our team in Delhi. This role will be crucial in driving the marketing and sales efforts for our Industrial Packaging product line in the B2B segment. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies, managing sales activities, building strong customer relationships, and contributing to new business development within the manufacturing sector.
Key Responsibilities:
B2B Marketing & Sales Management:
- Lead and execute marketing and sales initiatives specifically for Industrial Packaging products in the B2B segment.
- Develop and implement effective marketing plans and strategies to achieve sales targets and market penetration goals.
- Identify new business opportunities and target potential clients within the chemical, oil, polymer, plastic, lubricant, paint, and industrial packaging industries.
Customer Relationship Management & Business Development:
- Actively visit new and existing B2B customers to understand their packaging needs, present product solutions, and facilitate new business acquisition.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitor activities to inform marketing strategies.
Product & Commercial Acumen:
- Possess thorough knowledge of commercial product pricing, contributing to pricing strategies and negotiations.
- Articulate product features, benefits, and value propositions clearly and persuasively to potential and existing clients.
- Understand technical specifications and applications of industrial packaging products.
MIS Management & Reporting:
- Manage and maintain comprehensive MIS (Management Information System) data related to sales performance, market trends, customer interactions, and marketing campaign effectiveness.
- Prepare regular reports on sales activities, market analysis, and strategic recommendations for senior management.
- Utilize data to identify areas for improvement and opportunities for growth.
Communication & Presentation:
- Demonstrate strong command of written and verbal communication skills when interacting with customers, internal teams, and stakeholders.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
- Effectively negotiate terms and close deals with B2B clients.
Market Analysis & Strategy:
- Analyze market conditions, identify key market drivers, and assess competitive landscape to inform strategic decisions.
- Propose and implement innovative marketing and sales approaches to enhance market share.
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4+ years of dedicated experience in Marketing and Sales, specifically in a B2B environment within the Manufacturing Industry (Chemical, Oil, Polymer, Plastic, Lubricant, Paint, or Industrial Packaging).
- Proven track record of handling B2B sales and achieving targets.
- Demonstrated experience in developing and executing marketing plans and strategies.
- Thorough knowledge of commercial product pricing and market dynamics.
- Strong command of written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information clearly.
- Proficiency in MIS management and reporting.
- Ability to personally visit customers, conduct effective sales calls, and build rapport.
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel locally within Delhi/NCR and potentially to other regions as required for customer visits and business development.
