What You’ll Do 🚀

  • Plan, execute, and optimize influencer campaigns across Instagram, YouTube, and other platforms.
  • Identify, vet, and onboard influencers who fit Nap Chief’s brand values.
  • Negotiate budgets, deliverables, and contracts with influencers and agencies.
  • Build and nurture long-term influencer relationships.
  • Ensure influencer content aligns with brand tone and creative guidelines.
  • Track performance, ROI, and generate actionable reports on campaigns.
  • Collaborate with brand and content teams to integrate influencer campaigns into broader marketing strategies.
  • Explore new platforms and innovative formats to scale influencer marketing efforts.


Who We’re Looking For 👀

  • 2–3 years of influencer marketing experience in D2C or consumer brands.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Analytical skills to track ROI and campaign success.
  • Highly organized with excellent follow-up discipline.
  • Knowledge of influencer discovery and tracking tools.
  • Creative thinker with a proactive, ownership-driven approach.
