Immediate Joiners Preferred
Key Analysis & Analyze financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow) to assess business performance.
- Extract key financial metrics such as EBITDA, Free Cash Flow, ROE, and Debt-to-Equity.
- Conduct variance analysis (Actual vs. Budget vs. Forecast).
- Prepare and present financial reports for senior management.
Financial Modeling & Develop financial models to project revenue, expenses, and profitability.
- Conduct sensitivity analysis and scenario modeling.
- Support budgeting and forecasting processes.
Investment & Market Analysis:
- Assess M&A opportunities, capital investments, and cost-saving initiatives.
Risk Assessment & Ensure financial reporting aligns with IFRS/GAAP standards.
- Monitor risks such as liquidity, credit, and operational risks.
Financial Data Automation & Tools:
- Utilize XBRL/ESEF for financial reporting and compliance.
Qualifications & Skills:
Education & Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business.
- 5+ years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or corporate finance.
- Strong understanding of IFRS, GAAP, and financial reporting regulations.
Technical Skills:
- Advanced Excel (financial modeling, pivot tables, macros).
- Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or other BI tools (preferred but not required)
- Knowledge of SQL, Python, or R (preferred but not required)
Soft Skills:
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work in fast-paced, data-driven environments
