Job Description :


We're looking for an accomplished MERN Stack Developer with 6+ or more years of experience to lead our development efforts, drive technical excellence, and shape the future of our technology stack. As the MERN Developer, you'll play a crucial role in architecting scalable solutions, mentoring junior developers, and shaping the future of our technology stack. This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned professional to make a significant impact and lead transformative projects in the healthcare technology sector.

Responsibilities :

- Lead the design, development, and implementation of complex web applications using the MERN (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js) stack.

- Architect robust, scalable, and maintainable software solutions that meet business requirements and adhere to best practices and coding standards.

- Provide technical leadership and guidance to a team of developers, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.

- Mentor junior developers, conduct code reviews, and provide constructive feedback to enhance the skills and capabilities of the team.

- Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

- Drive technical innovation and contribute to the evolution of our development processes, tools, and methodologies.

- Troubleshoot and debug complex issues, ensuring optimal performance, security, and reliability of web applications.

- Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends, evaluating their potential impact and incorporating relevant advancements into our technology stack.

Job Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

- 6+ years of professional experience in web development with expertise in the MERN stack.

- Extensive experience in JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and related web technologies.

- Strong proficiency in React.js and its ecosystem (Redux, Flux, etc.), with a deep understanding of component-based architecture and state management.

- Advanced knowledge of server-side development using Node.js and Express.js, including asynchronous programming and middleware concepts.

- Expertise in MongoDB or other NoSQL databases, including database design, optimization, and performance tuning.

- Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, GraphQL, microservices architecture, and design patterns.

- Proven track record of leading and delivering high-quality, scalable web applications on schedule and within budget.

- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills, with meticulous attention to detail.

- Strong leadership, verbal and written communication, and interpersonal abilities, with the capacity to inspire and motivate team members.

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities and requirements.
