CreatingUser Requirement Specifications (URS)andFunctional Specifications (FS)for business processes. Supporting the creation, dry runs, and execution ofOperational Qualification (OQ)andPerformance Qualification (PQ)/User Acceptance Test (UAT)scripts. Participating inOQ formal executionand ensuring compliance with established procedures. Ensuring thatdefectsare reported, tracked, and resolved in a timely and efficient manner. Updating and maintainingIT Working InstructionsandUser Guidesto reflect system changes and improvements. Supportingdocument migration activitieswithin the Veeva Quality Vault environment.About You: You have1–2 years of hands-on experiencewithVeeva Quality Vault(basic understanding of configuration and application setup required). You possess strong analytical skills and a solid understanding ofIT business analysisin regulated environments (Pharma/Medical Device). You are comfortable working in afully remote , cross-functional, and international team. You are detail-oriented, proactive, and have excellent communication skills in English.
