If you’re eager to work on challenging projects that uses cutting-edge technology to transform the future of healthcare, this is your chance to join a truly remarkable team.Job Description:We are seeking a highly experienced SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP) Consultant to lead end-to-end implementations / Rollout / support The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in SAP IBP modules, strong business process knowledge, and a proven track record of delivering value in complex supply chain environments.Key Responsibilities:Manage full-cycle SAP IBP implementations/Rollout/Support (DP, SNOP, IO, OBP, SNOP)Configure planning areas, key figures, planning views, and application jobsIntegrate SAP IBP with ECC/S4HANA and CI/RTI for seamless data flowCollaborate with cross-functional teams and key stakeholders globallyUp-to-date product knowledge of SAP IBP and awareness of its future roadmapDevelop assets, accelerators, and best practices for IBP deliveryLead the continuous improvement (CI) process and AMS team with partners Qualifications:Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, or related fieldMinimum 10 years of experience in Supply Chain Planning technology applications like SAP APO, JDA, KinaxisAt least 3–5 years of hands-on experience in SAP IBPStrong knowledge of SCOR model and supply chain processesExperience in Life science or Biotechnology companies SAP Certification in IBP is preferredTechnical Skills:SAP IBP - Demand Planning, IO , SNOP, Control Tower, RTI and OBP S4/ECC/APO/ Basic of PP, GATP, PPDS, ePPDS and CIF SAP IBP - OBP implementation experience is must for this role.Soft Skills:Excellent communication and stakeholder managementStrong analytical and problem-solving abilitiesProven ability to work independently with a self-starter mindsetPositive attitude and adaptability in dynamic environmentsScope of Responsibilities:Applies advanced wide-ranging experience and professional knowledge to provide solutions in creative and effective ways.Directs the application of existing principles and guides development of new policies and ideas. Understands the interrelationships of different disciplines.Works on complex assignments where problem solving requires in-depth evaluation of varying factors and practices/procedures must be determined.Enhances internal and external working relationships and networks with key contacts outside the area of expertise.Adapts style to differing audiences and frequently advises others on complex matters that relate to the wider business and require persuasion.May train and mentor junior level staff.Work is reviewed upon completion and is consistent with departmental objectives.Exercises judgment in selecting methods, techniques, and evaluation criteria for obtaining results.Experience / Education:Typically requires a minimum of 8 years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree; or 6 years and a Master’s degree; or a PhD with 3 years of experience; or equivalent experience
