Grow Your Staff is looking for a Backend Engineer for a Computer Software firm in Germany. The position is a full-time remote opportunity.The role will have excellent growth opportunities. You will work directly with the team based in Germany.Experience required: 5 years+CTC: 15-20 LPATime: 1 PM to 10 PM IST (Monday-Friday)Location: RemoteType of employment: Full-timeResponsibilities:Develop and maintain backend services using NodeJS, NestJS, and TypeScript.Design, implement, and optimize database solutions using MongoDB.Collaborate with front-end developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to deliver scalable and high-performance applications.Implement and maintain DevOps practices, including Kubernetes and AWS-based deployments.Ensure system reliability, performance, and security through best practices in DevOps and backend development.Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to backend development and deployment.Write clean, scalable, and well-documented code following best software engineering practices.Participate in code reviews and contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes.Requirements:Minimum 5 years of experience in backend development using NodeJS, NestJS, and TypeScript.Hands-on experience with MongoDB database management and optimization.Strong understanding of DevOps principles and experience working with Kubernetes and AWS.Experience in building scalable, high-performance applications.Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate with remote teams.Qualifications:Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.Proven experience as a Backend Engineer or a similar role.Strong understanding of microservices architecture and API development.Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and version control systems like Git.Ability to troubleshoot and optimize backend performance.Benefits:Work-from-home environment.Opportunity to work with European clients and a global audience.Gain experience in a fast-paced and innovative tech environment.
