The ideal candidate should be capable of independently handling site execution, managing subcontractors, and ensuring timely project completion in accordance with quality and safety standards.Key Responsibilities:- Oversee day-to-day site operations and construction activities. - Ensure execution of work as per approved drawings, specifications, and project timelines. - Coordinate with contractors, vendors, consultants, and project management teams. - Monitor labor, materials, and equipment at the site to ensure efficient resource utilization. - Maintain site records including daily progress reports, material usage, and site photos. - Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to safety standards. - Resolve site issues and provide technical guidance to the workforce. - Ensure proper documentation and communication with clients and higher management.Required Skills & Qualifications:- B.E. / B.Tech / Diploma in Civil Engineering. - Minimum 3 years of experience as a Site Engineer in civil construction projects. - Proficient in reading and interpreting construction drawings. - Good knowledge of construction materials, methods, and site safety practices. - Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure. - Basic knowledge of MS Office, AutoCAD, and project reporting tools. - Strong communication and team coordination skills.How to Apply:Please send your updated resume to "pooja@aarviencon.com"
