We specialize in utility-scale and C&I solar solutions with a strong focus on performance, compliance and timely execution.Role Overview We are looking for a proactiveProject Coordinatorwith a minimum of1 year of experiencein solar or related EPC industries. The role requires someone who understands how solar projects function end-to-end and can coordinate with multiple teams to ensure smooth execution and timely updates.Key Responsibilities Act as thecentral point of coordinationbetween internal teams: Government Liasoning, Design, Procurement, Accounts and execution. Track and maintainproject schedules, deliverables and milestones . Ensure timely updates and reporting to senior management on project progress. Follow up with respective departments forstatus updates, documentation, and approvals . Assist the project team in preparingMIS reports, trackers and dashboards . Coordinate with external stakeholders (vendors, consultants and government authorities) as needed. Identify potential delays or issues and escalate them to management proactively. Support project managers in ensuring compliance with company standards and client requirements. Maintainorganized recordsof project documents, approvals and communications. Requirements Bachelor’s degree/Diploma inEngineering, Project Management, or related field . Minimum1 year of experiencein project coordination in Solar. Good understanding ofsolar project lifecycle– from design to procurement, execution, and commissioning. Strong organizational, follow-up, and communication skills. Proficiency inMS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) ; exposure to project management tools is an advantage. Ability to multitask and work with cross-functional teams under tight timelines.
