Role Overview:
We are looking for a Freelance SAP ABAP Consultant with solid hands-on experience in S/4HANA. The consultant will support ongoing development and enhancement projects across core SAP modules such as SD, MM, FI, and PM. This role is ideal for a self-driven individual who can work independently while collaborating remotely with functional and technical teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and developcustom objects in SAP ABAP (S/4HANA mandatory)
- Handle WRICEF objects: Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, and Forms
- Develop Smart Forms, Adobe Forms, ALV Reports, and BDC programs
- Well versed with E-invoicing, Edocument Cockpit, etc.
- Implement RFCs, BAPIs, BADIs, Enhancements, and User Exits
- Create and maintain OData Services and CDS Views
- Debug, test, and document developments as per project standards
- Collaborate with remote teams using JIRA, Confluence, and similar tools
- Ensure compliance with ATC checks during development and migration activities
Required Skills:
- Minimum 4+ years of hands-onABAP development experience
- S/4HANA experience is mandatory
- Proficient in SmartForms, Adobe Forms,BAPI, BADI, RFC, Enhancements
- Experience in modules: SD, MM, FI, PM
- Strong debugging and analytical skills
- Familiarity with JIRA, Confluence, Panaya
- Good communication and documentation skills Nice to Have:
- Prior freelance or remote workingexperience
- Exposure to performance optimization in ABAP on HANA
- Knowledge of integration with SAP Fiori or third-party applications
