We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced accountant with proficiency in Zoho Books who can manage end-to-end accounting processes and report generation. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and a deep understanding of Zoho Books, ensuring accurate financial records and timely reports.Key
Responsibilities:
- End-to-End Accounting: Manage all aspects of accounting, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger entries, and bank reconciliations.
- Zoho Books Expertise: Utilize Zoho Books to record and maintain financial transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
- Report Generation: Prepare and generate comprehensive financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, cash flow statements, and other ad hoc reports as required.
- Financial Analysis: Conduct regular financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal policies.
- Audit Support: Assist in preparing documentation and providing support during internal and external audits.
- Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of accounting operations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an Accountant with proficiency in Zoho Books ( at least one year )
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to generate and analyze financial reports.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software.
