We are seeking an experienced and dynamicSenior IVR & Cloud Solutions Developerwith a strong leadership background to join our innovative team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with IVR platforms and cloud technologies, leading development teams to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain IVR solutions using platforms likeTwilioandMicrosoft 365 . Lead a team of developers, providing guidance, mentorship, and ensuring timely delivery of projects. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement cloud-based solutions onAWS, Azure , or other cloud platforms. ManageCI/CD pipelines , containerization ( Kubernetes ), and DevOps best practices for seamless deployments. Ensure security and privacy compliance in handling customer data. Work with tools likeJira, GitHub, Confluencefor project tracking, version control, and documentation. Develop and maintain code in.Net, Java, Node.js , and other scripting languages. Analyze complex problems, provide solutions, and optimize processes for efficiency and scalability. Qualifications & Skills: 8+ years in software development with3+ years in IVR developmentand2+ years in team leadership . Strong proficiency in IVR platforms ( Twilio, Microsoft 365 ). Certifications in IVR platforms (e.g.,Twilio, Cyara ) are a plus. Hands-on experience withcloud platforms (AWS, Azure)and container orchestration tools ( Kubernetes ). Familiarity withCI/CD pipelines , Agile methodologies, and project management tools ( Jira, Confluence, GitHub ). Strong understanding ofsecurity and privacy standardsfor customer data. Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills. Attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities.
