Krasha is currently in the process of launching its own CAT-II Private Credit Fund of $50Mn, which will primarily focus on providing funding for special situations and distressed assets. In addition to this initiative, Krasha is also gearing up for its entry into the public equities and derivatives market through a CAT-III Investment Fund.


Job Overview


  • Develop and execute investment strategies tailored to distressed or stressed assets, aiming to maximize returns while managing risks effectively.
  • Lead the identification, evaluation, and due diligence process for potential investment opportunities in stressed assets, including distressed debt, non-performing loans (NPLs), and special situations.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including distressed asset sellers, banks, financial institutions, and legal advisors.
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the stressed assets fund, including portfolio monitoring, risk assessment, and performance tracking.
  • Work closely with the investment team to conduct thorough research and analysis to support investment decisions.
  • Monitor market trends, regulatory changes, and economic indicators affecting distressed asset markets and adjust investment strategies accordingly.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on fund performance, investment activities, and market developments to senior management and investors.
