Position: Project ManagerProject: Project Anushka –“A Mission for the Mental and Emotional Well-Being of Rural Youth”Job Location: Mohali, PunjabArea: PAN INDIA (Phase wise)Type: Full-TimeAbout Project AnushkaProject Anushka is a rural youth emotional-support initiative aimed at bridging the growing communication and emotional gap between rural children and their parents in the digital era.Our mission is to create a safe, understanding and supportive environment for young rural minds by offering emotional support, awareness sessions, youth mentoring groups and parent sensitization.We are now looking for a dedicated Project Manager to lead this mission on the ground.Key ResponsibilitiesManage daily operations of the Youth Emotional Support Line (WhatsApp/Phone)Coordinate volunteers, counsellors, schools, panchayats and SHG groupsConduct awareness drives and rural community sessionsBuild and manage Youth Support Circles in villagesHandle youth concerns with empathy, confidentiality and careMaintain project documentation, weekly reports and operational planningFacilitate urban-parent & rural-parent mentorship initiativesExecute counsellor–village adoption model and monthly charity sessionsRequired SkillsStrong communication skills (Hindi essential)Empathy, patience and ability to handle sensitive conversationsGood coordination, leadership and planning abilityBasic understanding of rural communities and youth challengesProblem-solving mindset and non-judgmental behaviourPreferred BackgroundGraduate in any field (Social Work / Psychology preferred but not mandatory)Experience in community work, youth programs or NGOs is a plusFreshers with passion for social work are also encouraged to applyWhy Join Us?Be part of a meaningful social missionDirectly impact the emotional well-being of rural youthWork in a compassionate, purpose-driven environmentOpportunity to shape one of India’s most needed social movementsCompensationINR 35,000 per month (Consolidated)Travel & field-visit allowanceHow to Apply?Send your CV or a short introduction to: veerendrasikarwar@gmail.com Subject: Application for Project Manager – Project Anushka“Apply only if helping a hurting child feels like a responsibility, not a duty.” We’re not hiring for a position—we’re inviting someone to stand with India’s most unheard youth.”
