Lead - QA Practice

Key Responsibilities: Define the QA offering and clearly articulate the value proposition Work with Marketing to define and implement the GTM strategy Provide technical presales inputs and define the best solution architecture for customers Provide effort estimates and craft winning proposals Design and develop scalable automation frameworks for web and API testing Lead and mentor the QA team in implementing best practices for automation testing Ensure that our own development and QA teams implement the best practices that we preach Collaborate with development, product, and QA teams to define test strategies and ensure comprehensive test coverage Review and optimize existing test scripts to enhance efficiency and reliability Manage the execution of automated test cases and analyze test results Troubleshoot and resolve issues in the automation test environment Drive continuous improvement in QA processes and toolsRequired Skills and Experience: 10-15 years total experience, 6+ years of experience in QA Automation, with expertise in Selenium and Cucumber At least 1 year experience with presales Expertise in performance testing Expertise in security testing would be an added advantage Hands-on experience in setting up and maintaining automation frameworks from scratch. Strong programming skills in Java, Python, or similar languages Solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines and integration of automation tests Knowledge of version control tools like Git Excellent problem-solving and leadership skills Strong communication and team collaboration abilities This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead automation initiatives, shape quality processes, and work in a fast-paced, innovation-driven environment
