Role OverviewAs a Program Manager, you’ll be the bridge between strategy and execution. You’ll own high-impact programs across operations, growth, and product, ensuring initiatives move from concept to delivery with speed, clarity, and alignment.Key Responsibilities- Drive planning, execution, and delivery of key cross-functional initiatives across operations, supply chain, and partner management. - Translate business objectives into detailed project plans with defined timelines, ownership, and measurable outcomes. - Identify bottlenecks, preempt risks, and enable faster decision-making across stakeholders. - Collaborate closely with business heads, product, and analytics to design scalable processes and performance dashboards. - Conduct weekly program reviews with senior leadership, tracking progress against OKRs. - Institutionalize frameworks and best practices for governance, reporting, and execution efficiency. - Manage multiple workstreams simultaneously, ensuring all teams deliver on targets without losing sight of overall business goals.Requirements- 2-5 years of experience in program or project management, preferably in startups, operations, consulting, or supply chain tech environments. - Proven track record of leading cross-functional initiatives from 0→1 and 1→N. - Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills. - Comfortable with data — able to use dashboards, analytics tools, and reports to guide execution. - Strong bias for action, structured thinking, and ownership mindset.
