The role requires hands-on expertise in sourcing, negotiating, and managing suppliers across construction materials, foam (mattress category), mono cartons, and flooring products. Key ResponsibilitiesManage end-to-end procurement activities for construction and home interior materials.Handle purchasing and sourcing of:Construction materials for residential buildingsHome interior materialsFoam products (Mattress category mandatory)Mono cartons / packaging materialsFlooring materials (wooden, laminate, vinyl, tiles, etc.)Identify, evaluate, develop, and maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers.Negotiate prices, contracts, payment terms, and delivery schedules to ensure cost efficiency.Ensure timely availability of materials as per project and operational requirements.Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with internal teams to avoid shortages or excess stock.Ensure quality standards and compliance with company procurement policies.Track market trends, price fluctuations, and availability of raw materials.Resolve vendor issues related to quality, delivery, or pricing.Maintain accurate procurement records, purchase orders, agreements, and documentation.Coordinate closely with Accounts, Projects, and Operations teams. Required Skills & CompetenciesStrong knowledge of construction and home interior materials.Proven experience in foam/mattress procurement, mono carton sourcing, and flooring materials.Excellent vendor negotiation and relationship management skills.Strong analytical and cost-management abilities.Good communication and coordination skills.Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP/Purchase Management systems.Ability to work independently and handle senior-level responsibilities.
