We bring together strategy, creativity, and flawless execution to deliver impactful brand experiences across industries.Role OverviewWe are looking for an Event Specialist with hands-on experience in movie marketing campaigns and large-scale events. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in end-to-end event management, stage setups, stall fabrication, exhibitions, and audio-visual production. This role demands a detail-oriented professional with strong technical and creative expertise to execute events seamlessly.Key Responsibilities- Plan, coordinate, and execute large-scale events, brand activations, and movie marketing campaigns. - Oversee stage setup, fabrication, and installations across different formats including exhibitions, stalls, and promotional events. - Manage audio-visual (AV), sound, and lighting requirements with vendors and in-house teams. - Collaborate with creative, production, and marketing teams to ensure high-quality execution. - Supervise vendors, fabricators, and technical teams to ensure timely and flawless delivery. - Conduct site recces, create detailed event execution plans, and manage on-ground operations. - Handle budgets, timelines, and ensure events are executed within agreed parameters. - Maintain industry knowledge of latest event technologies, AV solutions, and fabrication trends. - Build and nurture strong client and partner relationships to deliver impactful experiences.Requirements- 3–4 years of proven experience in event management, with focus on movie marketing and large-scale events. - Strong knowledge of stage setups, fabrication, stalls, and exhibition builds. - Expertise in audio-visual systems, sound engineering, and event technology. - Ability to manage multiple projects, teams, and vendors simultaneously. - Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and client management skills. - Strong communication skills with attention to detail and creative thinking. - Based in Mumbai or willing to commute.
