As a Senior Product Associate within the Data Platforms - Product Success team, you will join a dynamic and collaborative team where your expertise in project tracking, management reporting, and program management will make a real impact. In this role, you'll take ownership of key initiatives, work independently, and help shape communications and process improvements across the organization. If you're driven, adaptable, and eager to grow your career in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you Job responsibilities: - Prepare and deliver management status reports and project updates - Maintain Jira hygiene and track project milestones and deliverables - Support internal communications and create engaging presentations - Build and update Confluence pages to document processes and resources - Monitor support tickets and assist with process improvement initiatives Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills: - 3+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in program management or a relevant domain area - Proficiency in English, with strong written and verbal communication skills - Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel - Ability to work independently, manage ambiguity, and adapt to changing priorities Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills: - Master's degree in business, technology, or related field - Experience in data analytics and business requirements/user story writing - Graphic design or visual communications skills - Familiarity with budgeting, chargebacks, and internal communications JPMorganChase, one of the oldest financial institutions, offers innovative financial solutions to millions of consumers, small businesses and many of the world's most prominent corporate, institutional and government clients under the J.P.
