Job Summary: 

We are seeking an energetic and persuasive Telesales Executive to join our growing team in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will be responsible for utilizing inbound and outbound telephone calls to achieve sales targets, particularly by engaging with pharmacists and encouraging them to stock our products. Success in this role requires excellent communication skills, a persuasive nature, and the ability to thrive in a high-pressure environment.


Key Responsibilities:


- Sales Engagement: 

 - Make proactive calls to pharmacists, educating them on the benefits of Protein World’s products and persuading them to carry our range in their stores.

 - Develop and deliver compelling sales pitches tailored to the needs of the pharmacists, ensuring a clear understanding of how our products can benefit their customers.


- Product Knowledge: 

 - Maintain a deep understanding of Protein World’s products and services, and effectively communicate this knowledge to potential clients.

 - Keep updated with any new product launches and ensure that these are included in your sales discussions.


- Customer Relationship Management: 

 - Build and maintain strong relationships with pharmacists and other key stakeholders to foster long-term business partnerships.

 - Address any concerns or queries from clients promptly, ensuring a positive customer experience.


- Record Keeping: 

 - Accurately maintain daily call records, tracking the progress of each interaction and noting any useful information for follow-up.

 - Submit detailed daily progress reports that reflect your achievements, challenges, and insights for improving sales strategies.


- Target Achievement: 

 - Consistently meet or exceed daily and monthly sales targets, contributing to the overall growth of Protein World.

 - Collaborate with the sales team to identify new opportunities and strategies for expanding our reach.


Qualifications:


- Proven experience in telesales, telemarketing, or a similar role, with a strong track record of achieving sales targets.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.

- Fluent in both English and Hindi.

- Ability to work effectively under pressure and handle rejections with resilience.

- A passion for health and wellness is a plus.
