Job Description: Business Development Manager - Digital Media Marketing

Location- Noida

Salary- INR 50,000/month-INR 75,000/month+Performance Incentives


Role Summary


Rock My Sales (RMS) is looking for a seasoned Business Development Manager with proven experience in driving growth for digital media marketing agencies. The ideal candidate will excel in lead conversion, cold outreach, crafting compelling proposals, and closing high-value deals. This role is integral to expanding our client portfolio and positioning RMS as a leading digital marketing agency.

Key Responsibilities

•Handle and mature leads generated by RMS through inbound inquiries, referrals, and campaigns.

•Perform targeted cold outreach to potential clients using , email, and other professional networks.

•Collaborate with internal teams to create tailored proposals and presentations that address client needs.

•Schedule and attend virtual or in-person meetings with prospective clients to understand their challenges.

•Drive sales processes from initial contact to deal closure, ensuring revenue targets are met.

•Stay updated on digital marketing trends and competitor strategies to identify new opportunities.

•Maintain accurate records of leads, prospects, and sales activities in the CRM system.

•Provide weekly and monthly sales reports to track progress and inform decision-making.

Qualifications


Mandatory Experience:

At least 2-5 years of proven experience in business development for a digital media marketing agency. Demonstrable success in securing new business and achieving sales targets in the digital marketing domain.


Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields. MBA is a plus.


Skills:

•Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

•Expertise in Sales Navigator and CRM tools.

•Proficiency in creating engaging proposals and presenting to senior stakeholders.

•Results-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work under pressure.
