The role involves performing structural analysis, life prediction, and validation to ensure safety, reliability, and performance of critical rotating parts such as disks, blades, and shafts.Key Responsibilities:- Perform structural analysis (linear and nonlinear FEA) of aeroengine rotating parts. - Conduct fatigue and fracture mechanics analysis to assess part life. - Perform high cycle fatigue (HCF), low cycle fatigue (LCF), creep, and thermal-mechanical fatigue (TMF) evaluations. - Perform rotor integrity, creep and crushing assessment of rotating parts - Perform melt anomaly and manufacturing anomaly of parts - Support design optimization for weight, performance, and life improvements. - Support certification and validation activities with test and field data correlation. - Prepare technical reports, presentation, and present findings to stakeholders.
