Responsibilities

Support the Procurement team with assignment and statusing of our incoming requests from business stakeholders, create Purchase Requisitions and Purchase Orders, upload and archive contracts into our contract management system and the SaaS software management system, and ensure data integrity is maintained in all systems Understand usage, cost drivers, and ROI to serve as a trusted advisor to internal teams related to requested purchases. Source and engage reliable suppliers and vendors by providing RFI and RFP support to Procurement Managers as needed. Create reports and populate systems of record for Procurement including systems for purchase orders, contract management, and spend tracking. Assist with new vendor onboarding processes. Assist in driving and identifying potential cost savings. Reconcile invoices with contractual terms to resolve inconsistencies.

Required Qualifications

1-3 years in an indirect spend procurement role (tech, professional services, marketing, etc) Familiarity with Coupa preferred but not required Self-starting, enthusiastic, entrepreneurial attitude Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate and collaborate internally and externally Negotiation experience and problem-solving skills Solid interpersonal and rapport building abilities Strong time management and planning skills required to coordinate and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously while adapting to changes in business requirements Operational business understanding of procurement and supply chain, including purchase ordering, expense reporting, procurement/sourcing, provisioning and reclamation, renewals, and contract management #LI-NG1
