Electronics Hardware Engineer – InnaideExperience : 3+ years Location : Dwarka Sector 10, New Delhi Working Days : Monday to Friday (5-day week) Work Mode : In-officeInnaide is looking for an Electronics Engineer to work on the hardware design and development of our IoT Med-tech products. You will be involved in PCB design, prototyping, testing, and preparing products for manufacturing. This is a hands-on role where your work directly impacts the devices we ship.Key ResponsibilitiesHardware Design Design schematics and PCB layouts using Altium Work on power circuits, sensors, battery systems, and compact IoT boards Select components and plan the electronics architectureHardware–Firmware Collaboration Proficiency in C, C++ and nRF firmware architecture. Map GPIOs, review interfaces, and support board bring-up Ensure smooth integration with Nordic nRF BLE chipsPrototyping & Testing Build and test early prototypes Debug issues using standard tools (scope, logic analyzer, etc.) Improve designs based on test results and real-world conditionsManufacturing Readiness Prepare designs for production using basic DFM, DFT, and DFS principles Ensure files, documentation, and test points are ready for mass productionDocumentation Maintain clear schematics, BOMs, and version history Prepare build files and instructions for vendorsRequirements 3+ years of hands-on electronics or PCB engineering Strong experience with Altium Designer Experience working on real IoT products Familiarity with BLE hardware (Nordic nRF is a plus) Ability to work independently Strong debugging and problem-solving skills
