Job Summary:

- We are seeking a highly skilled and analytical professional to join our team as an Advanced Data Analyst.

- The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in SQL, data visualization, statistical analysis, and programming with Python or R.

- This role requires a strategic thinker who can translate complex data into actionable insights that support business decision-making.

Advanced Data Analysis & SQL:

- Proficiency in SQL for querying large datasets and performing complex joins, aggregations, and subqueries.

Data Visualization & Reporting:

- Expertise in tools like Power BI or Tableau to create interactive dashboards and present insights clearly.

Statistical & Analytical Thinking:

- Ability to perform A/B testing, regression analysis, and draw actionable business insights.

Python/R for Data Processing:

- Experience with data manipulation libraries (e.g., Pandas, NumPy) for cleaning, transforming, and analyzing data.

Business Acumen & Communication:

- Strong stakeholder management and the ability to translate data into business Bachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, Data Science).

- Proven experience in data analytics, with strong SQL skills and hands-on experience in BI tools.

- Proficiency in Python or R for data analysis.

- Strong understanding of statistical concepts and business intelligence.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
