Role Overview:The Product Manager will own the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of healthcare digital products, leveraging Salesforce Health Cloud and GenAI to improve patient engagement, care coordination, and operational Responsibilities:- Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap in alignment with business objectives.- Collaborate with stakeholders, BAs, and architects to define product requirements.- Prioritize product features based on business value, ROI, and regulatory compliance.- Oversee the end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation to launch and optimization.- Integrate GenAI capabilities into Salesforce Health Cloud for clinical and operational workflows.- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and user feedback collection.- Define KPIs and monitor product performance metrics.- Facilitate cross-functional communication between development, design, and business teams.- Drive adoption strategies and change management.- Stay updated on healthcare technology trends, AI/ML, and Salesforce updates.- Mentor junior product managers and team 8+ years of product management experience, preferably in healthcare technology.- Expertise in Salesforce Health Cloud and SaaS product delivery.- Strong knowledge of healthcare workflows, regulations, and interoperability standards.- Excellent stakeholder engagement and leadership Skills & Certifications:- Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or equivalent.- Experience integrating AI/ML capabilities into SaaS products (ref:iimjobs.com)
