Join us to work with passionate engineers in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.Job Summary :We are looking for a skilled Automation Engineer with strong programming skills and Linux expertise to design, develop, and maintain automated solutions for our development lifecycle. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Python, automation frameworks, and CI/CD tools, with a passion for optimizing processes and ensuring software quality.Key Responsibilities :- Design, develop, and maintain robust automation scripts and frameworks using Python- Implement and optimize CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, Git, and other automation tools- Perform automation testing for web applications, APIs, and embedded systems- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities and improve development workflows- Conduct system-level testing and troubleshooting in Linux environments- Integrate automated tests into the development pipeline for continuous validation- Create and maintain technical documentation for automation processes- Participate in code reviews and contribute to best practices in automation engineeringMust-Have Skills :- 3+ years of hands-on experience in Python programming- Strong working knowledge of Linux OS and command-line environment- Experience with automation tools and scripting (Selenium, Pytest, etc.)- Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Git, JIRA)- Knowledge of software development methodologies (Agile/Scrum)- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detailGood-to-Have Skills :- Basic knowledge of electronics or IC design concepts- Experience with embedded systems testing- Knowledge of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure)- Experience with API testing and automation- Understanding of hardware-software integrationWhat We Offer :- Competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package- Opportunity to work on cutting-edge technology projects- Professional development and career growth opportunities- Collaborative and innovative work environment- Flexible work arrangements and work-life balance- Health insurance and wellness programs (ref:hirist.tech)
