Position: Project Solution Advisor - APAC

Location: Hyderabad/Remote

Experience: 7 + years


Result expectation in terms of result areas:

The Solution Advisor Project role is a key and pivotal senior role, and he/she acts as the bridge between the Domain Solution Advisors and the partners.

  • Expert in structuring and organizing deployments with partners. This includes the overall program
  • management, that is needed for parallel multi-market rollouts down to the appropriate approach and
  • structure for the individual market deployment with all project phases from pre-initiation until post deployment
  • hyper care.
  • He/she will coach, train, and guide the partners in global rollouts in all aspects mentioned.
  • Work with the other Domain Solution Advisors as needed the most optimized roll out plan for First Time
  • Right (FTR) deployment of the software.
  • Subsequently initiate a practical process to formalize knowledge into our Knowledge Base.
  • To the extent that partners are fully enabled to deliver via scalable, develop-less implementation.
  • Partner facing (and client facing when needed) and is committed to achieving the best results.
  • Responsibilities in this include training, explanations and change requests to the methodology.
  • Work closely with other Domain Solution Advisors to create best practices within the new intelligent
  • organization.
  • Willing to travel 20% of the time.

Also:

  • Coach key stakeholders in setting and managing scope expectations with partners and customers.
  • Leading partner conversations to provide on-the-job training in setting customer expectations.

Core activities

  • Guide project teams on best use of Software app to meet client’s needs
  • Escalation points for Project related queries across all domains
  • First point of contact for project related tickets (solving)
  • Manage projects, coordinator with CSM/Sales for commercials purposes
  • Prioritization input within Project when needed
  • Partner and Client facing communication for product
  • Voice of the project within Organization.
  • Testing new features related to the project

Knowledge

  • Experienced in Projects
  • CPG Industry knowledge
  • Experience in deploying TPx solutions

Main measurements of success

  • Orchestrating one's work and timeline drift

Team

As part of the globally based Solution Advisory team, all members execute this role on a full-time basis. This position reports directly to the Solution Advisor Lead.
