We are looking for a dynamic Manager – Founder’s Office to join our client; a fast-growingfintech company .This role offers a unique opportunity to work closely with the founders, driving critical strategic initiatives, cross-functional projects, and business growth. The ideal candidate will be a strong problem-solver with an analytical mindset, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to execute with speed and precision in a high-growth environment. Responsibilities include program management, strategic planning, driving operational excellence, and enabling effective decision-making at the leadership level.About the role -Manager - Founder’s office Function:Founder’s office, strategy & operations Reporting to:Founder & CEO Location:Mumbai Experience:5–10 years Education:Strong academic pedigree preferred; focus on consulting and strategy.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:Strategic Planning & Execution Provide direct advisory support to CEO on key strategic and tactical decisions Work closely with the CEO to develop and implement the company’s strategic vision Conduct comprehensive research and prepare executive briefing materials for critical business decisions Anticipate firm needs and remove obstacles to executive productivity and effectiveness Identify opportunities for growth and improvement across the organizationCross-Functional Responsibilities Take ownership of cross-functional projects Understand inter-department needs and proactively resolve blockers Design forums to drive cross-functional initiatives and effective decision makingProject Management Design and implement company-wide OKR framework ensuring alignment across all business verticals Track progress and provide regular performance updates to executive leadership Develop executive dashboards for monitoring critical business metrics and key performance indicators Ensure timely delivery of strategic initiatives by coordinating with various departmentsOrganizational Development Lead organizational structure planning to support growth objectives Identify critical hiring needs based on business priorities and support hiring process Help craft the company’s narrative and communication across all internal and external stakeholdersREQUIREMENTS:Education & Professional Qualifications 5-10 years professional experience with minimum 2-3 years in strategic roles at management consulting firms and Series A-C startups in a Founder’s office role Bachelor's degree from Tier-1 Indian institution MBA from premier institution strongly preferredCore Technical Competencies Advanced analytical skills including financial modelling, business case development, and strategic framework building Executive communication capability with proven ability to draft board materials, investor updates, and strategic memos for C-level audience Cross-functional project management with experience coordinating complex initiatives across multiple departments and external stakeholders Process design expertise demonstrated through building organizational systems, governance frameworks, or operational processes from scratch Stakeholder influence with track record of driving results through relationship-building rather than hierarchical authorityThey are an equal opportunity employer committed to diversity and inclusion.
