Role Description This is a full-time, remote role for a Groups Operation & contracting manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for doing group quotation, booking of hotels, restaurants, coaches, handling group operations, and proactively communicating with tour operators and travel agents. * Doing quotations for the new Group enquiries * Booking hotels, coaches, meals, entrance tickets, Guides throughout Europe * Contracting and negotiating best possible ad hoc rates for Hotels / coaches and all other products * Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to develop strong relationships with travel agents and tour operators * Understanding of OTA's and experience of working with European suppliers * Be results-focused and able to prioritize tasks within a challenging environmentQualifications: *A minimum of five years of experience in a destination management companywith expertise in contracting, operations, and group bookings * Should be well versed with Europe, European tour products and itinerariesSend your invoice tosales@routes2europe.com
