With our team of professionals who have extensive domain and technical knowledge, we are committed to making long-term efforts to fulfil this vision through our technical innovation, client services, expertise, and capability expansion.Role Summary: We are looking for a motivated professional to join ourProject Finance & Risk Structuring team , focusing onrisk mitigation strategies, credit enhancement mechanisms, and bankability improvementsfor large-scale infrastructure projects. This role will involve designing and implementing solutions such asguarantees, insurance wraps, blended finance, securitisation, and innovative credit structuresto attract investors and lenders into projects inAI data centres, clean energy, and sustainable infrastructure .Key Tasks & Accountability: Risk Mitigation and Structuring: ·Identify and analyze risks acrossproject lifecycle (construction, operational, market, offtake, and regulatory risks) . ·Propose and structurecredit enhancement mechanismssuch as guarantees, insurance covers, liquidity facilities, or subordinated tranches. ·Understanding of all stakeholders involved in the entire process of issuance of instruments. ·Identify and analyse the potential risks associated with specific instruments issuance.Credit Enhancement & Financial Structuring: ·Design structures to improvecreditworthiness and ratingof project vehicles. ·Evaluateblended finance opportunities(e.g., concessional capital, guarantees, green bonds). ·Conduct stress testing and scenario modelling to measure the impact of risk mitigants. ·Evaluate and interpret credit ratings from major agencies, understanding their impact on investment decisions, analysing the impact of changes in credit ratings on portfolios.Education and Experience: Domain expertise and qualifications include, but are not limited to: ·Bachelor's degree in finance, Economics, Law, or Engineering; MBA, CFA, or FRM preferred ·4–8 years of experience inproject finance, credit risk, structured finance, or infrastructure advisory ·Climate specific financial instruments knowledge is a plus ·Familiarity with credit enhancement tools (guarantees, wraps, insurance, blended finance). ·Prior exposure toenergy, infrastructure, or data centre projectsdesirable. ·Strong financial modelling and risk analysis capabilities.Skills: ·Understanding of credit risk modelling and expertise in credit risk assessment, including the ability to analyze financial statements and evaluate creditworthiness of companies. ·Knowledge of international financing structures and capital markets.Personal Attributes: ·A team player with good interpersonal skills and problem-solving abilities. ·A self-motivator and a collaborative team player. ·Excellent time management skills and the ability to assume leadership roles when necessary. ·Agile, action oriented and a quick learner. ·Out of box thinker.Benefits at Sustainability Economics: ·A flat hierarchy. ·ESOPs. ·Group Medical Coverage. ·A gender-neutral parental, marriage, and compassionate leave policy.And above all, if you have a passion to work, join us in our pursuit for sustainability
