Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Lucknow for a Line/Commis Chef. The candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day tasks associated with food preparation and production in a professional kitchen. They will work collaboratively with the culinary team to ensure high-quality and efficient food service. The ideal candidate would have worked/ trained in Neapolitan Pizzas, hand made pastas, grills etc.


Qualifications

  • Prior experience as a Commis Chef or in a similar role
  • Proficiency in food preparation and production
  • Strong knowledge of cooking techniques and culinary practices
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Good communication and teamwork abilities
  • Formal culinary training or certification is a plus
