About the Role :

We are seeking a highly skilled GCP Cloud DevOps Engineer to design, build, and manage cloud infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines on Google Cloud Platform (GCP). This role requires expertise in automation, container orchestration, and DevOps best practices to support high-performing, scalable, and secure environments.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, deploy, and manage scalable, secure, and highly available infrastructure on GCP.

- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, or Cloud Build.

- Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform or Deployment Manager.

- Automate provisioning, configuration, and deployment processes to enhance delivery speed and reliability.

- Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize system performance using tools like Stackdriver, Prometheus, Grafana.

- Manage containerized workloads using Docker and Kubernetes (preferably GKE).

- Collaborate with developers, architects, and QA teams to ensure smooth deployments.

- Implement cloud security best practices, including IAM, access controls, backups, and firewalls.

- Contribute to cost optimization strategies in cloud environments.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Strong hands-on experience with GCP services (Compute Engine, Cloud Storage, VPC, IAM, Cloud Functions, Cloud Run, etc.).

- Expertise with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or Cloud Build.

- Proficiency in Terraform or other IaC tools.

- Solid scripting skills in Python, Bash, or Shell.

- Experience with Docker and Kubernetes (GKE preferred).

- Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools (Stackdriver, Prometheus, Grafana).

- Strong understanding of networking concepts, DNS, load balancers, and firewalls in cloud environments.

- Knowledge of security practices and compliance in cloud deployments.
