About the Role:

We are seeking an ambitious Chartered Accountant (3-5 years of experience) to join our F&A team to lead the Accounting & Auditing function end-to-end.

The role will be intense and challenging as it requires a deep understanding of multiple financial instruments (equities, commodities, fixed income and related derivative instruments) across structures: NBFC, CAT II and Cat III AIFs, PMS, prop entities across multiple jurisdictions (India, Gift City, Singapore).

Roles & responsibilities:

- The candidate will be on an accelerated CFO track and work closely with the CFO, Group CFO and the leadership team to gain both technical and strategic experience.

- The candidate will be expected to lead team of 3-5 people.

- An ideal candidate would be someone who has had an F&A stint in BFSI sector or Audit stint with the Big 6 dealing with BFSI clients and wants to shift to industry.

Salary will be discussed individually with selected candidates. We value long-term players, and the compensation will have a significant element of performance-linked bonus. In the long run, if you do well, you can expect to create disproportionately higher value for yourself.

Office location will be in Dadar, Mumbai. Candidates applying from cities other than Mumbai shall have a clear conviction about moving to Mumbai before applying.
