Job Title: Digital Marketing Executive

Key Responsibilities:


SEO:


· Conduct in-depth keyword research to guide content creation and optimize existing pages.

· Perform on-page and off-page SEO to increase organic search visibility.

· Regularly audit the website to identify opportunities for improvement in technical SEO, such as page speed, mobile responsiveness, and structured data.

· Implement link-building strategies and monitor backlink profiles to improve domain authority.


PPC Campaigns:


· Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads and Bing Ads campaigns to maximize ROI.

· Conduct keyword bidding, adjust budgets, and optimize ad copy to improve campaign performance.

· Continuously monitor and refine targeting, landing pages, and ad placements to improve CTR and conversion rates.

· A/B test ad creatives, landing pages, and bidding strategies to identify the best-performing assets.


Analytics & Reporting:


· Use Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Google Search Console to track website performance and campaign results.

· Generate weekly and monthly performance reports, highlighting KPIs, insights, and recommendations for optimization.

· Analyze user behaviour and traffic patterns to provide actionable insights and improve overall campaign performance.


Collaboration:


· Work closely with the content, design, and development teams to ensure all SEO and PPC efforts are aligned with business goals.

· Collaborate with stakeholders to align marketing strategies with wider business objectives and contribute to overall marketing growth.


Stay Updated:


· Keep up with the latest industry trends, algorithm updates, and best practices in SEO and PPC.

· Test new tools, platforms, and marketing approaches to drive innovation and stay ahead of competitors.


Qualifications and Skills:

· 2-3 years of proven experience in SEO and PPC campaign management.

· Strong proficiency in tools such as Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Bing Ads, and SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz).

· Demonstrated ability to improve search rankings, drive organic traffic, and maximize ROI in PPC campaigns.

· Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable recommendations.

· Experience with A/B testing, ad copywriting, and landing page optimization.

· Excellent communication and organizational skills.


Preferred Skills:

· Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and website optimization best practices.

· Experience with other paid media platforms (e.g., Ads, Facebook Ads) is a plus.

· Ability to manage multiple projects and campaigns concurrently.
