Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Supervisor Façade at Altos Engineers Pvt Ltd in Bhutan . The Supervisor Façade will be responsible for overseeing the installation and maintenance of building facades, ensuring quality standards are met, coordinating with staff and contractors, and implementing safety measures on site.
Qualifications
- Experience in overseeing facade installation and maintenance
- Knowledge of construction materials and techniques
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work well in a team and coordinate with multiple stakeholders
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Health and safety certifications are a plus
- Degree in Civil Engineering or related field
