The Role.- Serve as a subject matter expert and lead functional consultant across multiple T24 modules including TPH, Trade Finance, AA-Retail, AA-Deposits, Securities (SC), and Treasury. - Conduct comprehensive business analysis to capture, assess, and translate business requirements into functional specifications aligned with T24 capabilities. - Perform parameter setup and configuration within T24 modules to meet business and regulatory requirements. - Leverage in-depth TAABS experience to manage core banking processes and support system enhancements or changes. - Map business processes to T24 functionalities, ensuring optimal alignment and efficient system usage. - Provide user management and support, including role configuration, access rights, and issue resolution. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, testers, and project managers to support T24 implementation and optimization. - Offer functional expertise during system integration, upgrades, and migrations, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations. - Utilize a technical understanding of T24 to communicate effectively with technical teams and bridge functional-technical gaps. - Conduct functional training and workshops for stakeholders to enhance system adoption and user competency.The Expertise.- At least 10 years experience as a BA of functional consultant (not only testing or QA) - Module experience across T24 TPH , Trade finance, AA-Retail, AA- Deposits, SC (securities) and Treasury functional consultants. - Must has hands-on work experience in setting up parameters and configuration. - Strong experience in TAABS. - Solid user management skills and able to map business needs to T24 in the functional area. - A good technical background in Temenos T24 will be an added advantage.About us.Thakral One is a consulting and technology services company headquartered in Singapore, with a pan-Asian presence.
