You’ll be contributing to full-fledged product development as well as bespoke implementations—helping clients in insurance, banking, e-commerce etc. innovate around customer engagement, risk assessment, self-service, support scaling, and insight generation.Job Responsibilities- Hands-on manager who can effectively plan and execute application or product development projects in Agile-Scrum methodology. - Think out-of-the-box in optimizing delivery practices, resources, and key performance factors to ensure successful delivery. - Apply suitable delivery strategies to be applied to meet desired project objectives and business outcomes. - Directly interact and manage client resources with effective and professional communications to become their trusted partner and go-to-person for all inquiries and information. - Coordinate cross-project activities between client, onsite, and offshore resources. - Proficient in Agile-Scrum methodology using proven techniques to drive quality and throughput. - Day-to-day oversight on deliverables, resources’ performance, and inter-dependencies to streamline execution. - Effectively manage schedule, scope, and quality for assigned projects using appropriate metrics. - Effectively apply change, risk, and resource management methods to drive excellence in delivery. - Drive to monitor and resolve customer issues and accomplish objectives. - Be self-motivated with the ambition to problem-solve, passionate to learn through the process. - Provide regular status reports to internal and external stakeholders on plans, progress, and timelines.Required Experience:- 10+ years relevant experience with at least 5+ years of experience as the IT Project Manager for application or product development projects. - Candidates that primarily managed maintenance projects need not apply. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills demonstrated by an ability to work well virtually with US-based customers, management, partners, and offshore teams/resources based in India. - Ability to multi-task, work under pressure and to meet tight deadlines. - Strong customer service and support focus with a desire to deliver a high-quality service - Must have experience in estimating the development work for additional statements of work - Strong organizational and planning skills and should be a very good team player - Network with customer stakeholders and develop excellent working relationships.
