Position Overview:

As an Automation Tester, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and executing automated test scripts to ensure the quality and reliability of our mobile applications. This role requires a strong understanding of mobile testing frameworks, continuous integration, and Agile methodologies.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain automated test scripts for Mobile App.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and identify test scenarios.
  • Execute automated test suites and analyze results to identify defects and areas for improvement.
  • Participate in code reviews to ensure the testability, maintainability, and scalability of automated test scripts.
  • Identify and implement opportunities for test automation process improvement.
  • Work closely with developers to troubleshoot and resolve issues identified during testing.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in mobile test automation.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • Proven 1+ years experience in automated testing for mobile applications..
  • Experience with mobile testing frameworks such as Appium, Espresso, XCTest, or similar.
  • Strong understanding of software development lifecycle, testing methodologies, and Agile practices.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.


Additional Skills (Preferred):

  • Experience with continuous integration tools such as Jenkins, Bamboo, or CircleCI.
  • Familiarity with version control systems like Git.
  • Knowledge of cloud-based testing platforms (e.g., Sauce Labs, AWS Device Farm).
  • Experience with performance testing and/or security testing for mobile applications.
