The ideal candidate will beproficient across both front-end and back-end technologies, comfortable working in cloudenvironments, and passionate about writing clean, efficient code. You will collaborate withcross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions that drive business impact.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, test, and deploy robust, scalable, and secure web applications.Work across the entire technology stack, including front-end (UI/UX, frameworks)and back-end (APIs, business logic, databases).Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, QA, and DevOps teams todeliver end-to-end solutions.Participate in architectural discussions and contribute to key technology decisions.Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code that adheres to codingstandards.Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and reliability.Implement best practices in security and data protection.Conduct code reviews, mentor junior developers, and ensure consistent codingquality.Troubleshoot and debug complex issues, resolving them effectively.Stay current with emerging technologies, proposing improvements to enhanceproduct performance and developer productivity.Required Skills & Experience6–8 years of proven experience as a Full Stack Developer.Strong proficiency in front-end technologies: HTML5, CSS3, PHP, JavaScript, andReact.Solid experience in back-end development using Java/Spring Boot and Node.js.Hands-on experience with SQL databases (MySQL or PostgreSQL).Proficiency with cloud platforms, primarily AWS (experience with Azure or GCP is aplus).Familiarity with open search technologies such as Solr or Elasticsearch.Strong understanding of version control systems (Git, Bitbucket).Experience working with CI/CD pipelines and build automation tools.Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills.Strong communication and collaboration abilities, with a proactive and detail-oriented mindset.Good to HaveExperience in microservices architecture.Exposure to message queues (e.g., Kafka, RabbitMQ).Understanding of DevOps practices and automation.Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment.
