Role Overview

We are offering an exceptional opportunity for a Fund Manager to join us as a 40% Equity Partner.

You will:

Contribute ₹1.2 Crores capital as a partner-investor.

Lead fund management strategy & compliance alignment.

Oversee portfolio execution, risk controls, and auditor reporting.

Shape the fund's long-term growth roadmap.

This is not an employee role but a strategic partnership with equity ownership, designed for an individual who can bring both capital and leadership.

Key Responsibilities

Direct day-to-day operations of the fund's arbitrage trading strategy.

Ensure risk-adjusted capital allocation and regulatory compliance.

Interface with auditors, administrators, and regulators.

Develop investor confidence through transparent reporting and governance.

Work closely with co-founders on scaling the fund into an institutional-grade vehicle.

Candidate Profile

Background in Fund Management, Quantitative Finance, or Hedge Fund Operations.

Strong understanding of arbitrage, risk-neutral trading strategies, and fund structures.

Proven ability to manage regulatory, legal, and reporting frameworks.

Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to invest personal capital and grow equity value.

Open to being based in Dubai or frequent travel to DIFC/ADGM.
