Lead QA Automation Engineer

Job Description :


- Design and implement robust automation frameworks using Java, Selenium, TestNG, and Cucumber.

- Develop and execute BDD test scenarios using Gherkin syntax.

- Perform API testing using REST Assured and validate responses against expected outcomes.

- Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, Git, Maven, or similar.

- Collaborate with developers, product owners, and other QA team members to ensure test coverage and quality.

- Write and optimize SQL queries for backend validation and data integrity checks.

- Participate in code reviews, defect triage, and root cause analysis.

- Maintain and enhance existing automation suites and ensure scalability and Skills :


- Strong programming skills in Java.

- Hands-on experience with Selenium WebDriver, TestNG, and Cucumber.

- Proficiency in BDD frameworks and writing feature files.

- Experience with REST Assured for API testing.

- Good understanding of DevOps practices and tools (e.g., Jenkins, Docker, Git).

- Strong knowledge of SQL and relational databases.

- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
