Job Description

Experience 5-12 years

Location- Hyderabad

Required Information Details

Analyzing requirements, designing, implementing and maintaining enterprise monitoring tools and the supporting infrastructure.

SolarWinds Administrator, implementation, maintenance and operations

Tools operation and optimization

Understanding of different SolarWinds modules like NPM, NTA, NCM,IPAM and SAM

Work and co-ordinate with the different infra team to onboard devices and enable monitoring

Ability to understand and customize SQL queries and stored procedures.

Ability to troubleshoot to effectively solve problems, using knowledge, experience, logic and independent judgment consistent with standards, practices, policies, and procedures.

Provide expertise to leverage MIBs, OIDs and WMI performance counters to diagnose and troubleshoot network problems.

Dashboard and Report designing

Integration with ITSM tool and other 3rd Party tools

Hands on experience on SolarWinds and as an administrator

Hands on experience in Administration, BaU support

Ensuring the administration, maintenance, and patching of the application

Defining, creating, and maintaining processes required to monitor production and development environments to ensure a proactive approach for addressing alerts or problems

Minimum Qualification:

15 years of full-time education
