Roles & Responsibilities:

- Cultivate and nurture strong client relationships across diverse organizational levels, serving as the primary liaison to ensure client satisfaction and retention.

- Develop and implement comprehensive client strategies that align with their brand objectives and market dynamics.

- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including creative and production, to orchestrate the successful launch and optimization of brand campaigns.

- Craft and deliver persuasive proposals and presentations to clients, effectively communicating brand strategies and campaign concepts.

- Lead the intake and management of client briefs, overseeing projects from inception to completion with a keen focus on quality and timelines.

- Effectively coordinate and oversee external suppliers, ensuring seamless execution and delivery of project components.

- Develop accurate cost estimates, monitor project budgets, and ensure prompt billing and payments to uphold financial integrity.

- Monitor and analyze competitive landscape, maintaining comprehensive records of competitor activities and communications to inform strategic decisions.

- Contribute valuable insights and expertise to new business pitches, leveraging market intelligence and brand expertise to drive growth opportunities.

Qualification Required:

- Graduate or Post Graduate

Experience Required:

- 4-7 years of account management experience in an advertising agency

Skills/ Competencies Required:

- Exceptional communication and presentation abilities, both verbal and written.

- Proficiency in crafting strategic and compelling presentations.

- Outstanding customer service prowess, adept at engaging with clients, suppliers, and colleagues across all levels.

- Confident and enthusiastic in client-facing presentations and interactions.

- Strong people management skills, capable of effectively leading and motivating teams.
