What are we looking for?The role demands deep expertise in event management from conceptualization to execution including AV production, broadcast streaming, and hybrid platforms. The incumbent will be responsible for planning, budgeting, coordinating, and delivering large-scale physical, hybrid, and virtual events aligned with business objectives and brand strategy. What does the job entail?1. Strategic Planning & Conceptualization:- Develop annual event calendars aligned with business and brand priorities- Design immersive event concepts across physical, hybrid, and digital formats- Conduct stakeholder alignment meetings and define KPIs- Ensure consistent brand impact and measurable outcomes2. Event Production & Execution:- Manage end-to-end execution of corporate events (e.g., product launches, CXO forums, partner meets)- Oversee AV planning: stage setup, lighting, sound, live streaming, satellite uplinks- Handle multiple projects under tight timelines- Manage venue selection, vendor finalization, budgeting, permissions, and logistics3. Hybrid & Digital Event Management:- Lead planning and execution of digital/hybrid events via platforms like Zoom, Teams, Cvent- Set up secure access, registration workflows, gamification, polling, and analytics- Manage live streaming production and post-event archiving- Coordinate with tech teams for content uploads and firewall configurations4. Vendor & Stakeholder Management:- Regularly engage with internal stakeholders and keep them updated- Negotiate with vendors for optimal impact and budget adherence- Coordinate procurement for agency onboarding and RFP processes- Manage relationships with AV partners, platform providers, and internal teams (IT, HR, Legal, etc.) 5. Content & Creative Coordination:- Create event-related creatives and collaterals as per brand guidelines- Collaborate with content/creative teams for branding, scripts, videos, and presentations- Ensure messaging is impactful and audience-relevant6. Risk Management & Compliance- Ensure compliance with safety norms, legal permissions, and corporate security standards- Build contingency plans and troubleshoot real-time issues7. Post-Event Analysis:- Prepare post-event reports with KPIs, feedback, and ROI- Maintain archives and documentation for audits- Evaluate success and recommend improvementsWork exp: 5-10 years in event management, with agency experience preferredKey Skills:- Strong stakeholder management, budgeting, and vendor coordination- Expertise in AV tech, hybrid platforms, and live streaming workflows- Strategic thinking, creative problem-solving, and multi-tasking ability- Fluent in English and Hindi; strong presentation and negotiation skills- MBA or PG in Event Management/Marketing; familiarity with insurance domain is a plus (ref:iimjobs.com)
