Role Description


  • Create visual displays in the Brand's store to showcase menu and promotions.
  • Work with the Brand Managers to plan and execute seasonal and promotional campaigns.
  • Ensure that Brand stores are presented in a visually appealing and organized manner.
  • Continuously update displays to reflect changes in menu and new launches.
  • Regularly connect with platforms to understand the new product features and ensure all features are utilised for the stores.
  • Collaborate with other departments such as marketing and design to keep store fronts new.
  • Keep track of industry trends and adjust displays accordingly.
  • Monitor and track the effectiveness of visual displays and adjust as necessary.
  • Design campaigns with Brand Team to ensure periodic targeting to customers and other channels.
  • Monitor performance of the campaigns and adjusting them to ensure higher efficiency.


Qualifications

  • Degree or certification in Visual Merchandising, Retail management, or related field
  • Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Experience in Retail and Sales
  • Ability to create visually appealing Window Displays
  • Understanding of merchandising principles and trends
  • Strong attention to detail and creativity
  • Should be open to travel.
  • Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
